Analysts & Summer Analysts

We seek analysts who are highly motivated, attentive to detail and wish to work in a collegial environment. Successful candidates will possess a strong undergraduate academic record, well-developed written and oral communication skills, a track record of successful pursuits outside of the classroom and a base knowledge of finance and accounting.

The annual recruitment process begins with applications in the summer and extends into the early fall, at which time we select and hire a class for a summer start date in the following year. Our selection process focuses on identifying the brightest students from top colleges and universities and young professionals that have excelled in roles with relevant experience. Students and candidates interested in an Analyst or Summer Analyst position should demonstrate:

  • Strong GPA and ACT/SAT scores
  • Demonstrated interest in business, whether through formal education, summer employment or both
  • Extensive and diverse extracurricular activities and interests
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Adept quantitative and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work long hours with a positive attitude and to be an effective team member

Associate

Recruiting for a summer start following graduation from an MBA program takes place in late summer and early fall. We hire from top business schools. The MBA programs for our current associate pool are Columbia, Harvard, Kellogg, Tuck, Stern, Darden, Fuqua, Wharton and Yale.

MBA students interested in an associate position should demonstrate:

  • Interest in working in the middle market
  • Strong academic record
  • Outstanding writing skills
  • Ability to lead and effectively manage team members
