The family owners of Integrated Supply Network (ISN) sought the right partner to help take their company to the next level. They retained BlackArch Partners to advise them on inbound interest from a potential strategic acquiror, then asked BlackArch’s bankers to run a full sellside process.
BlackArch’s marketing materials emphasized the role ISN plays as a key link in the supply chain between makers of automotive tools and equipment and a fragmented customer base of mobile and stationary jobbers. The company offers manufacturers and customers a nationwide network of warehouses, innovative use of technology and multi-step direct marketing capabilities.
The marketing process generated broad interest from a number of potential strategic and financial partners. The Company was sold to Audax Group of Boston, a financial sponsor with extensive distribution experience.
