Andy Wright is a Director at BlackArch. He has over nine years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments.

Mr. Wright's transaction experience includes a range of sectors, including: Diversified Industrials; Consumer & Retail; Food, Beverage & Agribusiness; Building Products & Infrastructure; Business & Professional Services; and Distribution. Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Wright was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on middle-market sellside transactions. Previously, Mr. Wright obtained his CPA license (inactive) and spent several years at Grant Thornton LLP, including three years as a Senior Associate and Manager in Grant Thornton’s Transaction Advisory Services practice.

Mr. Wright earned a bachelor of arts degree from Davidson College and a master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Wright lives in Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
