Matco-Norca, LLC is focused on code-compliant pipe joining, valve and rough and finished plumbing products serving attractive residential, commercial and industrial end markets, such as plumbing & heating, irrigation and waterworks. SVF Flow Controls, LLC provides, assembles and customizes valves, actuators and controls products for the industrial end market and select high-purity applications.BlackArch was retained by Matco-Norca to serve as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor. The transaction builds upon BlackArch’s expertise and significant momentum in the specialty distribution and flow control sectors and is a further example of the firm’s focus on providing unique, tailored M&A advisory services to privately held, market-leading businesses.
