Peninsula Capital Partners retained BlackArch Partners to draw on the firm’s industry expertise in aerospace and defense in realizing a return on its investment in Tex Tech.
BlackArch’s marketing focused on Tex Tech’s ability to meet difficult material specifications for its most demanding aerospace, defense and law enforcement applications. That includes solutions like its patented Core Matrix Technology™, a reinforced material used in the most advanced ballistic vests worn by law enforcement and the military, and thermal acoustic insulation found on nearly every commercial aircraft. BlackArch carefully managed several unforeseeable challenges, including severe flooding in Thailand during the fall of 2011 that left the Tex Tech facility intact but dealt a blow to its customers in that country.
Tex Tech was sold to Shoreview Industries, which will partner in the continued growth of the platform
