BlackArch positioned Point Blank’s significant growth potential into adjacent product opportunities and international end markets. Through a broad marketing process, Sun Capital was given the opportunity to select from multiple attractive offers and select the best partner for management’s future growth opportunities.
Point Blank was acquired by JLL Partners, a middle market private equity firm with broad industry experience.
