Outcome

PCB Group was acquired by MTS Systems (NASDAQ: MTSC), a leading global supplier of high-performance test systems and position sensors for $580 million. PCB’s management team will lead the combined PCB/MTS Systems sensor business unit and PCB’s facility in Depew, NY will become the headquarters for MTS System’s sensor business unit.
