Since being acquired by WJ Partners in 2013, MCA has completed 16 add-on acquisitions and grown from a small business with 75 employees across four service locations into a leading provider of communications solutions and services for mission-critical, commercial, and industrial markets. MCA is now the largest service provider for Motorola Solutions in the U.S., with more than 500 employees across 41 service locations in seven states. BlackArch was retained by MCA and its financial partner, WJ Partners, to serve as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor.
The transaction is another example of BlackArch’s deep Business Services experience in mission critical, field services business models; strong buy-and-build platforms; and converging industrial technology in voice, video, and data.
