Midlantic Jet Aviation was sold to Landmark Aviation, L.L.C, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group. Landmark Aviation operates one of the nation’s largest FBO networks with locations throughout the U.S., Canada and Western Europe. The company offers a wide range of services, including FBO, maintenance, and repair and aircraft charter and management.
