BlackArch tailored its process and marketing efforts to meet the shareholders’ valuation objectives while also maintaining the LEE brand, culture, facilities and employee base.
LEE was sold to American Leather, a portfolio company of Capital Partners and a manufacturer of high-end, made-to-order, upholstered furniture through retail and hospitality channels. The LEE management team remained with the Company and the shareholders reinvested a portion of their proceeds.
