Marketing materials emphasized the company’s dominant market position as a value added distributor and provider of installation, maintenance and repair services generating recurring revenue.
The BlackArch-led marketing process generated 36 indications of interest and several competitive final bids. Jones & Frank was sold to New York-based MidOcean Partners.
