ShoreView, Valesco and G.E.T. Enterprises (“G.E.T.” or the “Company”) management retained BlackArch Partners to manage the sale of the Company. The shareholders were seeking an investor with industry expertise and relationships to support and accelerate the Company’s growth plan.

Marketing materials highlighted G.E.T.’s exceptional financial profile and vision to “Own the Tabletop” by expanding its product portfolio and design capabilities both organically and through acquisitions.


G.E.T. received significant interest from financial sponsors and was sold to Olympus Partners, a Connecticut-based private equity firm that manages in excess of $5.5 billion. Management reinvested a portion of their proceeds alongside Olympus Partners and will continue to lead the Company.
