Will Pittman is a Managing Director and Co-head of BlackArch’s Consumer & Retail Group.

Mr. Pittman has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience and has advised numerous founder-owned, private equity-backed and public companies on sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Pittman has extensive experience advising companies across the Consumer & Retail landscape including leading consumer brands, innovators, industry consolidators and differentiated service providers. 

Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Pittman was an early member of the Consumer & Retail Group at Jefferies where he spent more than 12 years contributing to the significant growth of the firm. Prior to Jefferies, he worked at Wachovia Securities.

Mr. Pittman earned his undergraduate degree, JD and MBA with Distinction, all from Wake Forest University.

Mr. Pittman resides in Charlotte with his wife and two young children.
