Will Mackvick is a Director at BlackArch and serves as co-head of the firm's Energy & Industrial Services practice.  Prior to BlackArch, he worked for CapitalSouth Partners, a junior capital provider to Middle Market companies located throughout the United States, as well as in the Listed Derivatives group at Credit Suisse.

Will received a bachelor of science in economics and a minor in accounting from North Carolina State University.  In addition to graduating summa cum laude, Will was goalkeeper for the North Carolina State University men’s varsity soccer team and was named to the All-ACC Academic Men’s Soccer Team.

Will lives in Charlotte with his wife, son and daughter.  He enjoys traveling, golf and CrossFit and serves as an assistant coach for Let Me Run, an elementary school-based running program for boys.
