Thomas Napier is a Vice President at BlackArch. Prior to joining BlackArch, Thomas was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. Before beginning his business career, Thomas was an infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corp, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Thomas earned a bachelor of business administration in finance from the University of Kentucky and a master of science in finance from Washington University in St. Louis.

Thomas lives in Charlotte with his wife.
