Cael Pulitzer is a Director of BlackArch. He has ten years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and financings.

Mr. Pulitzer has completed over 30 transactions and has experience across a range of sectors including: Diversified Industrials; Consumer & Retail; Business & Industrial Services; Distribution; Infrastructure; Paper & Packaging, and Aerospace, Defense & Government Services.

Prior to BlackArch, Mr. Pulitzer was a Vice President in the middle market advisory practice at Lazard. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Pulitzer was with Jefferies LLC in the Industrials Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Pulitzer earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University where he received a bachelor of arts in political science. He holds a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in corporate finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Pulitzer lives in Charlotte with his wife and three sons.
