Adam Tindel is a Managing Director of BlackArch and serves on the firm’s executive leadership team. He has 17 years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions engagements, public offerings, and private placements.

Mr. Tindel is head of BlackArch’s Distribution and Automotive Aftermarket practices and co-head of BlackArch’s Services practice. He also has diverse industry experience across a wide range of other sectors including: Transportation & Logistics; Food, Beverage & Agribusiness; and Diversified Industrials.

Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Tindel was an associate at Macquarie Capital and an analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Mr. Tindel earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in business administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

He lives in Charlotte with his wife, daughter, and son.
