Adam McLintock is a Director of BlackArch, responsible for leading the firm’s private company advisory services practice. Working alongside the firm’s investment banking team, Mr. McLintock directs BlackArch’s unique business unit focused on establishing and building client relationships with owner-operators, family businesses, and management teams to further BlackArch’s capabilities in providing exceptional mergers and acquisitions, and related strategic advisory services to private companies.
Before joining BlackArch, Mr. McLintock was an executive recruiter at Spencer Stuart, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. He focused on C-suite placement and succession planning in the software/hardware, telecom, and industrial and education technology spaces. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Mr. McLintock was an Associate in the Private Wealth Management group at Goldman Sachs, where he worked closely with privately-held business owners and families on investment services, wealth transfer, tax and estate planning, and philanthropic efforts.
Before beginning his business career, Mr. McLintock was a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, operating as an E-2C Hawkeye pilot and deploying to the Arabian Gulf, Western Pacific and South America. Mr. McLintock also served at the Navy International Programs Office in Washington, DC, where he managed foreign military sales programs for strategic partners in the Near East, South Asia, and Central Asia.
A native of Dallas, Mr. McLintock received his BS in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University, and his master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
