CWS, headquartered in Ocala, Florida, is a leading manufacturer of custom-configured, impact-resistant and non-impact-resistant windows, doors and porch enclosures, primarily serving single-family and multi-family housing customers located in hurricane-prone, coastal regions. The Company’s high-quality offerings are consistently recognized for achieving superior levels of safety, security and energy efficiency.
BlackArch was retained by Nautic and management to serve as the Company’s lead financial advisor.
