Ryan Jackson is a Managing Director of BlackArch. He has more than 15 years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside, buyside and strategic advisory assignments.

Mr. Jackson is co-head of BlackArch’s Business Services practice and co-head of BlackArch’s Car Wash practice.  He also has diverse industry experience across a wide range of other sectors including Healthcare Services, Distribution and Diversified Industrials. 

Prior to joining BlackArch in 2010, Mr. Jackson began his career in the investment banking division of Morgan Joseph & Co. While earning his master’s degree, he worked as a private equity Associate at Concentric Equity Partners. 

Mr. Jackson earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in business administration with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Jackson lives in Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
